Cialis 101!!!!
I know what you are thinking, I thought Cialis was something that only old guys used when they have trouble getting an erection? Well that is true, but there are so many big benefits of Cialis besides getting a hard on lol, and for the Male Bodybuilder theses benefits are numerous.
First and foremost I will give you all some background on what exactly Cialis is and how it works in the body. Cialis is knows as a PED5 inhibitor, which essentially is responsible for relaxing all the smooth muscle in the body (not just the penis) so an increase in blood flow can occur. Now this increase in blood flow occurs EVERYWHERE in the body and that is a huge benefit of the drug. Increased blood flow to the brain, heart, and working muscles will provide a host of health and performance benefits in the gym.
From personal experience I will tell you that no drug provides a better pump than Cialis!!!! No other nitrox oxide product can hold a candle to how great of a pump Cialis can provide. In terms of heart health, especially for guys on TRT or utilizing PEDs, Cialis is a must to protect the heart and keeping blood pressure in check. Smooth muscles are relaxed, blood flow increases, the heart doesn’t have to work as hard and thus blood pressure decreases as a result. Another great benefit of Cialis is its positive effects on the prostate. Taking Testosterone and other PEDs can enlarge the prostate, but Cialis is well knows to help increase blood flow to the prostate and help remedy this to some degree!! And let me tell you a slightly enlarged prostate can become a bitch, having to pee every 5 minutes lol!!!
Since Cialis has a very long half-life around 36 hours, it can be utilized a little less frequently compared to other PED5 drugs, such as Viagra. For general health I would recommend 5-7.5 mg a day to be very effective for overall health and well being. I personally take 10 mg a day, mainly because my tabs are 20 mg and I just split it in half. I find this dose to be best for me in terms of great pumps in the gym , and have been utilizing it for years as part of my pre-workout regimen. Now one common side effect is lightheartedness, especially in the beginning due to the blood pressure lowering effect. This typically resolves within a few days after your body gets used to it. But other than that, I find the benefits to far out weight any risk that may occur and I plan to continuing to use Cialis until the day I am 10 feet in the grave!!!!
